COMMENTS: The Start/Finish line shall be between an orange flag on the Race Committee (RC) Boat at the starboard end of the line, and startng buoy "Z" at the port end, except for reverse courses which will have the starting buoy to starboard.
A reverse course is sailed in the opposite direction leaving all marks to the opposite side indicated on the course sheet. Unless outwise instructed, round all marks to port. Marks to be rounded to starboard will be indicated as such by a small "s" following the mark designation e.g. 1s  round mark 1 to starboard. Finish from the direction of the last mark
A shortened course shall be in accordance with U.S.S.A. Rule 32
All Competitors are required to check in with the race committee prior to the start of the race.
Yachts shall not cross or sail through the Start/Finish line, except when preparing to start, starting, finishing, starting the second lap of a twice around course, rounding the "Z" (start/finish) mark when it is a designated part of the course to be sailed, or after finishing
